What shipping method does Merch Wrangler Store use? How much does it cost?

Royal Mail Tracked 48® - approx. £2.80 (aim to deliver in 2-3 working days)

Royal Mail Tracked 24® - approx. £3.60 (aim to delivery next working day)

Evri Standard Delivery to a ParcelShop - approx. £2.80 (aim to deliver in 2-3 working days with collection from an Evri ParcelShop of your choice)

How long will it take to receive my order?

All pre-orders will be shipped on the specified pre-order end date and customers should expect to receive their order within 1-3 working days depending on which shipping method they choose.

Items which are in-stock will be shipped the same day if the order is placed before 1pm (some items may not be in-stock so may ship 1-3 working days later)

Does Merch Wrangler Store ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to the UK.

I received an incorrect or damaged item. What do I do?

Please contact us at hello@merchwrangler.co.uk, and we will arrange for a full refund or a replacement item to be sent out, as well as return of the incorrect / damaged item.

Returns

For all purchases relating to Merch Wrangler:
1. Custom Orders

Since all of our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing error, product defect, or damage that occurred before delivery.

Please double-check all artwork, sizes, and order details before confirming your purchase.

2. Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Misprinted or damaged, or
  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@merchwrangler.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item

We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

3. Exchanges for Sizing Issues

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes once an order has been printed, as each item is customised. Please refer to our Size Charts before placing your order to ensure the right fit.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided printing and ordering of garments has not yet begun. After production and ordering of garments starts, cancellations are not possible.

5. Shipping Returns

If a return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first - unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

6. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed only in cases of defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

For all purchases relating to Merch Wrangler Store:

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition - unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at hello@merchwrangler.co.uk.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not currently offer free returns, so the sender is responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see above for instructions on how to return), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
